Thrower&Rutland combines a modern approach to construction with traditional skills for quality building and renovation.
We employ our own craftsmen rather than relying on subcontract labour so that we have complete control of scheduling and quality from start to finish of your project. We work for architects, developers, housing associations, building owners and local authorities in Norfolk and Suffolk with a range of procurement routes including a design and build service if required.
Our work spans new construction, refurbishment and modernisation of residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, health, education and other public buildings.
The normal range of our construction projects is between £1/2 and 3 million. The types of work undertaken can be seen in the Project Gallery pages.
We work hard to retain and build skills over the full range of trades – some of our people have grown with us over twenty years - so that you can have complete confidence in our workmanship.
Experienced site managers ensure efficient construction to high standards and are backed by regular visits from a senior management committed to excellence.
